CJ Prohibited in Blogs?

    I was reading the CJ TOS, and this stuck out at me:

    Does this mean I cannot sign up since my website is a blog?

    I believe the tos mean you can place the code on third party blogs to avoid comment spamming with cj code.
    So you can use the code in your own blog.
