    If some times your country isn't accepting , you already declined or some reasons not a cj problem :)

    contact your affiliate manager and tell them you want to join with that program.

    You contact them via email. I can tell you right now the reason this is happening is because you probably dont live in the US/UK/AUS or whatever country the advertiser is in and wants to target. Email them and tell them why they should accept you.
