    Are you sure that was the reason?

    I could think of lots of other reasons why your account might get cancelled...

    just contact them again and tell them your condition.
    it's very annoying that they cancelling your account just because you dont have fax id.

    What the heck is a "fax id"? Did you mean a fax number, or a tax id?
