CJ pay per registration, Available?

    Hi, I am new at CPA offers, everyone is talking that CPA offers makes you money, they pay you for registrations, but I can't find any of these, all require to sell something.

    My question is, pay-per-registration is still alive, or dead?

    A lot of affiliate programs on CJ.com pay for leads instead of sales.

    I am pretty sure that much like other similar business models its dead money if not its associated with dead money or the programs similar have been outsourced or dead so you might be right you best have someone more reliable than me confirm.
