I've heard a lot about success stories of people who jumped into affiliate marketing. Now I'm giving it a try. What I'm planning to do is create a *NEW* blog & then list my items of interest with a little description as *INDIVIDUAL* blog posts & then plater the page with affiliate links. I've heard CJ doesnt accept these kind of new sites & they require websites that already have a presence. Is this true? Even if it is not, which of these three programs do you suggest? Thank you
Cj likes sites that are quality and get traffic already. You could make blog and use it for other sites and when it is getting good traffic apply to cj
Thanks rcj. I already have 2 successful blogs getting over 10k visits daily but the content is highly targeted towards experienced internet users who know what advertisements are - so i end up getting almost 0% conversions. I want to try affiliate marketing with a new site & i can't wait 2-3 months for it to develop some decent stats. Any suggestions?
you can earn a few thousands via amazon during christmas and new year, but it works only with google adwords.
Yes! Thats wht i'm saying & going to do.. But wht i'm more concerned is about which affiliate program to use?
I'm will do that too soon but is hard work. Try to check which program has bigger commision, i think CJ is the best or ClickBank
find the people with problems (or wants). THEN find the solution. it may be available anywhere on cj, cb or amazon.
CJ and CB markets can be a little over saturated, especially if you are just starting out and plan on doing arbitrage. I have done all three, but I have found more success with NeverBlueAds (3rd link in sig) and Affiliatebot (4th link in sig). They both have quite a lot programs and also leads which are sometime easier to get. AStore's are nice if you can find a good niche with products that are not cheap... Good Luck! nscdn
Your a new site and you have not done affiliate marketing before. I would not use CJ for the sort of site you are doing unless you know you can produce at least 1 sale in every six months period, if you don't then all of your links will be useless as they end up suspending your account and therefore you will have many posts that would have taken you a lot of time to write with links pointing to pages that will probably be just a CJ page error saying something like "this publisher has been suspended". Good luck to what you choose.
I've heard that ClickBank is the easiest to start with for beginners. Personally I've been quite successful with it.
