CJ Not Made Any Payout for 3 Months!!

None of My Actions Have locked since "NOVEMBER"

what a Joke,
Today is the 10th
and we were waiting for the commissions we made in NOV to lock,
But They havent!


Its January!!!!!!!!!

Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Im starting to wonder about CJ,

Yesterday we made a Referral,and thier System was down,,
Hence,Our Referall "DIDNT" show up.
and Still hasnt after 24 hours.

We emailed the advertiser,and CJ about this,
and NO RESPONSE!


Anyone?

 

It depends what you promote. I received two payments for web hosting sing ups without any problem. But they hold it for 3 months.

 

3 Months sounds like a Problem to Me!

In their FAQ's
It states

Actions will lock on the 10th of the Month,unless Extended.
and The Advertiser may only extend a Commission for 30 days.

so If My commissions were from November,
They should not still be in Extended Status,

They would mean Its been Extended for 60 Days.

 

I know an affiliate network that pays on time AND by paypal as well.
Let me know if you need an invitation since it's a closed network.
You can sign up and look around if you need, and I guarantee they pay well
on time unlikely other networks... Their fraud rate on this network is the lowest
rate so they aren't as hesitant to make payments quick.

 

Of Course Im Interested.

All these networks Boast "GET PAID" " GET PAID" " MAKE MONEY" MAKE MONEY"

But when it comes time to Pay its Like a HOSTAGE situation!

I didnt really need to know all that,
I more or less wanted to know if anyone has experienced Delayed Payments for 3 Months.

But Cool,Im happy for You,

 

1. CJ's tracking system has not gone down recently or in recent memory (the last few years).
2. What merchant are you owed money from? You'd have to check their program details page to learn when commissions lock. It's possible that they have 60-90 day periods for locking, rather than 10 days after the end of the month.

 

so why are u posting on 11th January and saying commissions are not locked .... Cj dont work on Saturday and Sundays

 

yeah, if its web hosting usually takes a while to make sure no fraud is going on

 

check your payout limit that you may set. instead of waiting email them, you will get answer.

Check the companies that you are signed up with, I think some commissions can take up to 6 months to lock. This isn't CJ but the specific advertiser that you need to bring your problems up with.

you need to start pushing someone who pays... ie cjm taravoyance, that way you don't need to worry about it so much.

it's also happend to me. I have $9xx in my balance, deducted to $7xx, since November 2009. And it's already januari 2010, i didn't get any cheque. when i ask them (cj), they said my commission being extend by the programmer owner.

my budget promoting $500, and i'm already loss it!

 

I'm never get problem like that in CJ before,,
It may not CJ faults, sometimes it's advertiser's fault which hold the payments.

What type of program do you promote? If it's like Free Trial Offer or Leads, I heard there are some payment trouble, but if you promote Pay Per Sale program, I don't think they will hold your payments, they get money from our sales anyway

 

I use Pay Per Sale programs and have never problem like this. Maybe it's better to call them. E-mails sometimes sucks
