You can't pay people (in any way) to sign up to with your CJ advertisers that do not allow incentives. e.g it would be against the TOS for to me say... I'll give you $1 if you sign up to BLABLA by following my affiliate link. I'll give you REP if you sign up to BLABLA by following my affiliate link. I'll give you a hamburger if you sign up to BLABLA by following my affiliate link. Hope this makes sense. I'm beginning to forget how to speak English myself
