I signed up for a CJ account few weeks back and put some ads in my webpage i have not earned a single $.Is there any tool available that can help me.Can i earn money without using a website but only adwords any help.
I only use free traffic but I'm sure some people are good enough at PPC to get a reasonable profit from paid traffic. I have limited success with banner clickthroughs and CJ-- the ones that seem to work the most either have a half-naked woman advertising the product or a good coupon deal, like $10 off any order over $50.. something like that really has a call to action. Even then, text ads, text coupons, and showing vendor pricing has always converted better for me.
CJ is tough to earn with. Their programs/payouts are always changing and it takes a lot of work to stay on top of the different promotions/programs. I would recommend trying Google Adsense or Yahoo YPN pay-per-click programs. Or Chitika mini-malls. Good luck!
it's not hard to earn money with CJ. You just need to know what you're doing. I have friends earning $10-20,000/mo just from CJ alone. I know it can be done, I've seen it work. You just need to know how to do it and then get the traffic to make it happen.
I agree with fsmedia. If your site is targeted towards shoppers and your traffic is free, I find making money with CJ easy. Their affiliate interface is pretty good for the amount of data you have to sift through. I wouldn't use adwords to power CJ clicks though; so at first, target longer phrases that people buying things online are likely to use.
I'm getting ready to launch a redesign which includes plenty of CJ links to different music companies which will help drive sales up quite a bit for me. It's all about placement, traffic, and what your target audience is. My target audience ranges from 10 year olds to 80 year olds, so my target audience does plan on purchasing items. I have a custom store already setup and a single banner up top my my page with no targeted marketing at all and it does quite well. Once I start targeting the marketing a bit more, it will be quite successful. Simply about how you market it, that's all.
Yea I would say No. If you're not converting any visitors on free traffic, paying for traffic when you're not experienced at it will just put you further in the hole.
CJ can be used successfully with Squidoo pages (called lenses). Set up lenses in a specific niche and add CJ affiliate links that compliment your topic/product.
This is one excellent advice, and remember it's all free and you can have many success with this method. But like many other methods, the secret is volume.
