I hope somebody can tell me either 1 of 2 things, its a kind error or I did something good. 10 minutes ago, I logged into my CJ account and I was at $432.95 ... I log out and then log back in and I'm up to $743.68 If this is real, I need to manipulate whatever I did... but I'm sure its not legit.
This happens monthly! VERY ANNOYING! It's so upsetting that are all these kinks in the CJ system. It was verified by the Customer Service that sometimes the balance can fluctuate around this time of the month. This SHOULDNT happen and when it does repeatedly, you would think they'd fix it. I still love you though commission junction!
At least you're able to log in to CJ. I've been trying for the last few days and the site keeps timing out. I'm seriously thinking of dropping them I keep having these problems.
CJ has the buggiest site I've ever seen. It's inexcusable, considering how big of a service they run. I'm with you on that, I was unable to log in 90% of the day yesterday, and it happens fairly often...especially when I click "get links" and do a search. It just crashes.
It did it for me too, but assuming they are very busy, I can see why it would be down. I don't think I'd drop them just for that.
If it were a one-off then it would be different but it's pretty much every time I try to use the 'service'. As markn26 says, it happens fairly often and I just don't think that a company in such a crowded market can afford to run such a buggy site.
Yeah I had some goofy $202 bonus show up (no idea why) credited for 1/31... then I had a -$202 charge also show up for the same day! But it all locked today WITH the $202 bonus... Very confusing, but I get to keep the money so I'm not altogether upset.
Yeah, and mines... either way, I got my other $84 (out of the $92.00) locked in today. Now I just need the last $8.00 to be locked in for me.
I think it happens monthly when they lock payments. I agree it shouldn't happen despite the huge volume. I contacted them last month and they said it was due to the large number of commissions being processed. If they're the best (and i believe they are) - i just wish they could be better too!
