CJ - Ebay Performance Incentive?

I checked my CJ account today and noticed the balance was higher, but I hadnt made any more sales/leads. I checked into it and there was a credit for an "ebay performance incentive" Its already locked too. What is this?

 

I have it also, but I'm not complaining

 

Myn shows earnings and clicks in the graph on the right, but nothing on the left. Can someone tell me what that means?

Performance Incentive
For Number of Actions equal to or greater than 50 increase commission by 12.00%.
For Number of Actions equal to or greater than 2,000 increase commission by 24.00%.
For Number of Actions equal to or greater than 30,000 increase commission by 40.00%.

Performance Incentive
For Total Sales Amount equal to or greater than $100.00 USD increase commission by 10.00%.
For Total Sales Amount equal to or greater than $5,000.00 USD increase commission by 20.00%.
For Total Sales Amount equal to or greater than $200,000.00 USD increase commission by 30.00%.
For Total Sales Amount equal to or greater than $700,000.00 USD increase commission by 40.00%.
For Total Sales Amount equal to or greater than $3,000,000.00 USD increase commission by 50.00%.

Because im noticing $20 payments.
