    has anyone tried to register new users through you websites using vcc #s to register new users to get the $25 per signup?

    could someone please let me know their experiance with this technique.

    Ok... well I don't understand what that means.... I was going to try and answer your question, but I don't know what the heck "vcc" numbers are.... what does VCC stand for?
