You can contact them via the Contact Us link from inside the Account Mangaer you get a reply from them within 24-72 hours

Expect a reply after about 12-14 days by that time you will probably worked out yourself what the trouble is
If you don't hear from them in 2 or 3 business days, give them a call. Client support has gotten a LOT better recently. Unfortunately, I've had a few issues this month (network quality, payment, and tracking related) and every time, support has been extremely helpful. It's a nice change from the lackluster support they used to provide.
