Are you satisfied with cj client support? I'm using cj for a year and a half and during this period I have submitted 12 questions to their publisher support. Most of the time I was pleased with quality of their response. But, now I have noticed that all three times when I was completely dissatisfied with answer, it came from the same person. It is really irritating when after 48 hours of waiting you get answer copied from faq and unrelated to your question. What are your experiences?
Call them up if you don't get the answer you're looking for. I'm happy with most of the support I've received when I email and then call if it's not being handled quickly or properly.
