How do you know when does CJ wants your W9 form to fill out and send it to them? Do they just send it to your email?

When you first applied to CJ the welcome e-mail had a link to the w-9 form and asked you to send it in as soon as possible. If you haven't done it, then do it now. Don't wait until they hold a payment.

Fax it is the best way. If not that then snail mail it. You CAN e-mail it to them in some cases (they have a special e-mail address for tax forms) but 99% of the time they still want a hard copy of it.

The best and quickest way is just to fax it to them. :)
