Craiglist terms don't allow for affiliate links if I remember correctly.

No... all you can do on craigs list is post links to your web pages.

make a bans site or a CJ affiliate shop, and then point your ads on craiglist to that sites ;)

You get some clicks for a day or two. After that traffic dies out. It's a pain to post. You need to type in a capcha for every post.

You won't make money & you'll just get banned from Craigslist - it's pretty worthless. People don't buy online from Craigslist links, they're looking for local stuff.

You CANNOT directly put the affiliate link at the Craigslist. I suggest you put your site link which contains the affiliate link at the Craigslist.

Can anyone clarify for certain if that is a legit workaround or is that also a violation of their TOS? I've been doing pretty well with CL and CJ, but I don't want to screw myself.

If you are going to use CL with your affiliate link to CB. Use your own domain and throw up a re-direct to the CB product.

And then when you paste your domain on CL it will be not be directly linking to the CB product.
