How could you not create any non-bona fide transactions when you don't understand what they mean? :)

But I believe you regardless, if you haven't made any transactions, then just e-mail them back telling them that, making their claim an impossibility?

Bona fide means in good faith. They are saying that your transactions were made by using illegitimate means (email marketing, asking your friends to sign up for/buy stuff you advertised, you yourself signing up for something using different names, etc.)

You maybe innocent of those things, but they have found that your transactions were suspicious. You can try to email them asking further questions.

If you hadn't generated any commissions yet, most likely they tied your account to another account that was scamming CJ. Contact CJ to find out, since this may have been a mistake (if you hadn't earned anything).

It's perfectly legitimate to give friends your affiliate links for when they buy products, vitalbusiness.

Anyway, my friend opens a link, so - my website where is the banner or link, and clicks on it ! It's the same if you will click the link on my signature ! So it can't be something bad .. I've received my last check .. Umm .. Maybe with 30% my friend orders without any problems ! If you have unique customers, then there is no difference - friend or eskimos :D
