I own a domain name for one of the largest cities in indiana. www.(cityname)indiana.com. I would like to build a local site that has a yellow pages, forum, classifieds, and possibly a social network. I don't mind if all the parts (ie forum, classifieds, etc) are from open source code. However, I don't want a user to have to log in separately for each part. Let me know if you have any ideas or the ability to achieve this and how much it would cost. Funds are limited so creativity is appreciated.
