    "Quakertown" gets a lot of searches... 98/day Wordtracker for the exact term alone.

    Domain and website included. The website runs on Wordpress and uses a free theme. The theme has been customized a bit and I would recommend putting more work into it - but, it's a good start and will help the site get indexed in search engines. I will backup the site and email the files to the buyer. For some reason the Wordpress backup doesn't backup the site Widgets, so if the buyer would like, I can login and get those back up and running just like I have them now.

    The .com/.net/.org/.us/.biz extensions of this domain are all registered.

    Asking $42 for a quick sale via PayPal. The domain is registered at GoDaddy.
