CIty IP database? Where do I get it?

Where can I get a database of IP addresses that let me target the city the surfer is located in. I looked at MaxMind. Are there some other options out there. Cheaper than MaxMind.

MaxMind has a free option but is only 60% accurate. The pay one is pretty steep at $370 site license and $90/month for updates.

Any decent free ones with better accuracy than MaxMind's freebee???

Thanks asterix. I looked at them yesterday. Only 50% accuracy.

I just may have to buck up the cash to get what I want Or may just use the free one on MaxMind then switch to the pay one once the sites traffic and revenue warrants it.

A free one with 75% accuracy would be cool.

Yikes, hostip.info is not at all accurate. It places my IP address in Yuba City, California, which is off by a couple thousand miles. Many of the websites I visit are able to locate me by city from that same IP address.

well hosip is one of the best i came across among free ones, but yea its not alwayz acurate .
