    I'm selling the Citroen-Cars.com blog, which is indexed since February 2009 (17 months). It was never promoted, so its income is a couple of euros each month (1 euro = $1.25). Selling it for ~10x income based on the last 3 months. It has around 300+ page views per month but the potential is there, since the main keywords of the domain, "citroen cars", have 135,000 searches per month, according to the Adwords Keyword Tool, exact match.
