Hey all, I own and operate an online business with about 25 websites in many different categories. I have multiple sites on multiple servers/hosts and one of my domains is a .us domain and is being used as a proxy. At the time of acquiring this domain, I had a US partner who has since moved on to other things. The domain was in his name but after his departure, it was switched to my own. GoDaddy sent me an email this morning regarding US Nexus Compliance - stating that the domain MUST be registered to a US Citizen. I am a Canadian citizen and I'm looking for somebody with a reputable iTrader to help me out with this domain issue. I just need to enter a US name and address as domain registrant and I am willing to return the favor for any .ca domains you may have. To the best of my research/knowledge, this is not an illegal action. I'm basically partnering with someone and changing the domain registrant to their name. The site still resides on my servers and the contents under my control. If anybody has any information otherwise, please let me know. Thanks
