Up for a quick sale is circulatethis.com

The site has made a couple of dollars here and there. I haven't put any effort into it at all, other than some original content. The content is well written and the site has at least a couple of years of age on it.

Not really looking to answer any questions for this sale. Visit the site and do your own due-diligence please.

• Lots of potential for a news-type site -- catchy title for spreading news, gossip, etc.
• Has made a few adsense dollars (The "Strange Facts" section of the site is what's made adsense money and has had the most traffic.)
• Doesn't really rank for any keywords currently.
• 2+ years old.
• Nobody owned or regged the domain before me -- original and clean.

Price isn't really negotiable. I've valued it based on the time I've put into it, plus a couple of reg fees. Though no reasonable offer will be refused. My interests are in health and fitness, so I don't want to put anything into this domain.

I'm willing to point interested buyers to all my social accounts if you're worried about doing business with me. I'm a successful copywriter with a solid reputation. If you want to do an escrow deal, you pay the fees!
