Came up with an original design, with flash logo and custom images. All content is original, with movie posters sourced from movie promotions.

The site is dedicated towards movie trailers. Releases are shown that are out now, with more for next week, and more for the week after, as you scroll down.

The charts are listed and updated weekly, and with them the trailers are updated. The site is designed to have adsense in the lower right hand pane.

Yes, it's legal. The links head to the official movie sites, or trailer sites. It's a clever linking system that allows a frontend interface for trailers. There are other sites that have trailers, but I wanted one that focuses on a simple and stylish interface.

The potential is basically limitless. As further evidence, the site just got approved by Adsense today. I got an email in my inbox this afternoon. Will be PMing those who have replied.

Hey everyone.

There has been alot of interest in the site, and it is cool to see many of you liking what I made. I revised the site with a version I have been working on.

So, it's now CinemaTrailers.net 1.5:

I updated the design, and installed adsense to demonstrate how the site can be a revenue stream. I had this in progress, so I thought I may as well finish and upload the work.

There isn't a BIN yet, as I want everyone to have an equal chance. So, I'm going to open up the bidding. Reply here with your offers. As for PMs, if there is anything specific you want to know, PM me and I'll answer.

The site is open for bids. Let's start at $150.

Manual update. This was a design revision. The script will take longer to complete, and would technically be in version 2.0.

How do you make revenue with this site ? If you click on anything it leaves the site ? I'm curious , how much have you made with the site thus far? Nice layout and design is sleak and eye catching !

 

The site does not seem to be working for me. Might be a local ISP issue. Also, if I buy the site as is, would that include the auto update feature ?

 

Hey everyone.

Auto update

Yeah auto update, or version 2.0 or whatever is only in theory. A script for that would take a while to program.

The thing is, the reason why I built the site on manual update, is that the auto update would only be able to forecast a month or two ahead, if that, due to the nature of film release dates.

Even then, it would be inaccurate, as release dates change all the time. The site is built upon the trailers aligning with what is in the cinema, and hence these release dates.

The manual update process, is literally, lifting the rows, so one week, becomes out now, and so on. Only 4 images/links are added for the 2 week forecast, with the chart then updated.

The system at the moment is to do this, once per week, making the site completely maintained and reliable. All that is needed is a text update of the chart, and adding the new images/links, with an upload. The process is about 25 minutes.

What happens now

I am selling CinemaTrailers.net 1.5, in its current revision, as this to me, is the finished site. If I kept the site, I would have the site as is, so to me it is complete.
