    fully mod_rewrite'n and all pages are built on the fly. This should be of high interest to buyers who care about search engine placement.
    Every page including every movie theater generated page has a custom page title and rewritten static name.

    Site is modular, changing the design is easy and spreads over all pages.
    Also, the ad can be changed in a single file.

    Users got the ability to browse by state then by city then by theater, or directly jump from the main page to their city, or to search by zip code.

    This site, when marketed is supposed become a handy encounter for all movie fans.

    The site's data is a licensed oddity software database. license will be transferred to the buyer.

    Domain registered at dynadot.com, free push.

    Will move to the buyer's server if requested.

    Do you have a Bin in mind?

    How easy is it to add in new cinema's, can it be done by an admin panel? or possibly a user suggest form?

    How long ago was it registered?

    - The admin panel is indeed included
    - Yes, I will move it to the buyer's server.

    on a side note, given the fact this is custom code/design and quality database and domain, I do have a reserve which is 175.

    Also, I am turning this into a bidding, and setting a BIN at 225.

    I was considering an offer but found there are some issues with the DB. Go to Florida, then Jacksonville - you get 4 listings, 2 of them are not in Florida at all, one in North Carolina and one in Illinois. This occurrs in other places as well, CT, Middletown you get results from every state that has a Middletown in it.

    bid still at 150, reserve is still not met at 175.
    BIN is still 225.
