Cinema 4D - need help creating FLAT text

    Hi all,

I'm hoping someone can kindly help with this. I'm trying to create an animation in Cinema 4D (which I'm fairly new to), where the camera tilts and flys around 3D space, looking at different bits of text.

I've generated the text, and dropped it in the Extrude NURBS function so it renders, but I would like the text to appear flat, and I can't figure out for the life of me how to adjust the depth of it.

I've looked at various tutorials, but none of them seem to address this.

    Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Do you mean FLAT as not 3d? If so set it as a texture, if not adjust the depth the of object. PM if you have any more questions. Toonboom Studio is also great at layered 2d worlds where you can achieve the same effect w/multiple cameras. etc.
