    I have given him -1 iTrader and going to claim in paypal but paypal will not take any action for non-good items, I did before some days for one transaction but they didn't take any action :(.

    1. yes. it is sold in ebay and i'm the buyer. but i cant pay to the seller on ebay and get the domain, because my paypal is blocked.

    2. i'm still trying to refund the money by adding a vcc to my account, but the problem is utility bill. if you have moneybookers or can create a moneybookers account i can give the money through moneybookers, because i have verified moneybookers account.

    3. dont worry about -1 on you. because even i can i will not put a -1 itrader on you because this is my fault. i will fix the problem soon as i can. i dont want to scam anyone.

    most of the time i keep my computer on. thats why it shows me online, even i'm away. wait for the refund, because i cant get funds to my account. so i will send the money directly to your account from my buyers. ask "outshineworld: about me. because i have to refund this user allso. i i have done it now. no scam. just a matter of time.

    yeah,he have refunded me half the amount.And i trust that he will soon refund the other half.
    riya i don't think he is not a scammer, just give him few days.I am waiting for other half and you also wait.I know waiting kills but....
    I will talk to centurion ,may be we can sort it out.
