    I'm selling ChromeHelpForums.com because I don't have time to work on it. The price is $50, no auction. This is the price it reached last time I tried to sell it quite a while ago, but it didn't reach my reserve back then. I think it should be a fair price considering the package. What you get is:

    • Keyword rich domain name, and site with MyBB installed
    • Custom theme
    • Ranks just after Google's own pages for the search term "chrome help forums", and on the first page for "chrome help". Google visits daily.
    • It's got many users, but most are probably spammers, though there are some genuine ones.

    If you clean it up a bit, and give it some love, I think it could grow into something significant.

    I'll export the files and database and send it to the buyer, but I can temporarily host the site for up to 30 days in case you don't have immediate hosting ready for it.
