ugh, i was so ready to go to chrome. it's almost ready as a browser. was gonna switch from FF, but it just doesn't make the cut. No tagging and no suggesting(or completing) of URLs from bookmarked and previously visited pages. Also doesn't do a good job with auto-completing forms and saved passwords
a friend of mine SWEARS by it, but that's just cause he just reads articles on the net. he doesnt really do anything else with a browser
Chrome is perfect man , I love the way you can highlight thinks and click search or even highlight links and click go , the complete feature is perfect IMO . I don't see any problems with chrome , i work so much faster and open so many more tabs on chrome really it increase by productivity by a lot .
Im using Chrome after my FF crashed.. I like the way it works like when you need a page translation and many more IMO
Well, chrome is faster than FF. And many people have left FF and moved to Chrome. Even I use Chrome more than Firefox. And yes its as good as chrome. Thinking of few people is not gonna change it.
Yeah... the developer tools that are built into Chrome is a lot better than Firebug. And the new versions of Chrome also have the equivalent of the Live HTTP Headers Firefox plug-in. In fact, there's only one plug-in I have installed in Chrome now. All the other plug-ins I had for Firefox are just built into Chrome. Did I mention Firefox is really, really, really slow compared to Chrome? Oh yeah, I did... Firefox 4 is better, but still not nearly as fast.
Same, I use Chrome for most web browsing when I'm not doing anything special. When I'm doing more specialized tasks, such as those that need macros, etc. FF is the better choice. What's awesome about FF is the huge amounts of add-ons available.
One thing I just noticed that kind of sucks is you can't view HTTP headers by clicking links like you can using plugins like you can using HTTPFox, or at least I don't see a way to do it. I'm trying to solve a problem that requires looking at headers / cookies and am finding that Chrome is coming up short.
