Well let's wait a while before declaring anything then My own site has even less to say about Chrome. Chrome is ranked 6th at 0.69% IE and FireFox are #1 and #2 with 70.75% and 22.36% respectively for the period 06 Sep to 06 Oct. Chrome as a ways to go.
Wow, I don't know where you are getting your data from. I have seen stats from sites with millions of pageviews a month, and IE clearly dominates with close to 80%, and Firefox always hovering around the 11% mark. Chrome at best has a very small market, and its current set of users are probably tech oriented. To the average user, Chrome does not exist.
the browser numbers are totally niche dependent. my celebrity site, chrome barely makes a blip on the radar with numbers similar to opera. but my google chrome site, the numbers are drastically different.
So then, what is? Firefox at about 5% for all the iHaters? Yeah, Chrome loads fast because there is no substance there. I love the way Safari renders pages, but as soon as you get off strict html it sucks wind. IE forever. No one can touch it...
