I am selling all of my sites to pursue a music career!

Christmas-town.net is PR4, DMOZ listed, and makes some Adsense even though I haven't touched it in years. Could do well with some attention. Of course, it makes the most at Christmas - these are all monthly averages.

I accidentally placed some of my Christmas Town Adsense codes on parts of the other sites, so I know the three of these sites made something over $700 last Christmas-time, I just don't know how much over.

The price factors the ranking, the DMOZ listing, the unique designs of the bonus sites, and some unique content (and they do have some syndicated content as well), and the earnings.

 

I want to sell the rest of my Christmas bundle so I'm adding these sites to the auction and not raising prices:
