My Adsense earnings were not great to begin with, but 2 weeks to Christmas I was averaging about $10 a day. Now I can can't seem to get past $3.00 in the last three days. Is anyone else seeing this dry-up?

Adsense seems to be slow nowadays with all the holidays and weekends. :/

Since my site was just started a little more than a week ago, I've only had about 4-5 impressions per day... (I'm working on it, lol) - but Christmas day it was 1, and that was probably me. lol

it probably wont pick-up again until after the new year. people have less time to spend online over the holiday period. my impressions have been halved for the past 3 days.

I agree. I think people are less likely to spend time online.

I spend a lot of time, everyday, online. Since Christmas Eve I've probably spent less than 10 minutes online and around 30 mins checking email.

Adsense dropped on Christmas day for me but then returned to almost normal the day after and today seems to be just fine too. This is based on earnings of about $50 - $60/day on Adsense.

Yup, some slowdown here too :(
But I think it's just normal because not much people will spend time online during holidays.

Today, the traffic has gone back to normal. The drop is only seen on Christmas day. There's nothing to worry about as long as the search engine ranking remains the same.

People don't get on the internet as much during the holiday's my traffic when down by 1/2, so of course adsense is effected.

Looks like i am not the only one who is experiencing a drop here. Mine was not that great before but these 2 weeks had been terrible! I've got a feeling that it all depends on which niche you are in. My theory is that if the niche is family oriented, chances are it'll drop as more people are spending more time with their loved ones rather than online. More niches related to shopping and products, it may be that it'll be good.

My traffic almost halves over Christmas since a lot of my traffic is to educational type sites (classic literature), with the school out = no captive audience :)

Gets better in the New Year usually, though with the credit crunch and all the companies going under there might be less money going into AdWords next year.

For years I've been meaning to build some Christmas relevant sites, but never get around to it. New years resolution I WILL build a Christmas site :))

Well, it's still holiday seasons. Hopefully next year should be much better than this year.
