    the design is neat and not cluttered, but the header needs a little work, in my opinion the contrast of the top menu with the blue of the background is not so good maybe try using shades, or use a different color, or give it a more glassy style. but overall its fine.
    just my 2 cents.

    Nice design layout and well design but a bit changes is required in header section, the font should be a bit bigger
