    You bet they are illegal. Anyone getting traffic with this site will eventually have to, um, face the music. And given the mood of royalty watchers these days they'll back-date the fines all the way to the site builder. Wimpy is merely a player and technically what this site is doing is broadcasting. Copyright laws apply.

    It's not legal. Notice how he doesn't respond to that question. You get caught allowing others to listen to live stream uploaded mp3s on your sever you could find yourself in court. Ever heard of nabster, imesh and others. Well their peer 2 peer, this however is a direct source from the server and allowing people to upload to your sever will get you banned from your host. Be honest seller and be truthful without trying to mask the sell.

    I agree nice site nice tunes and love them. But you are selling something that can cause problems. If anyone wants this site buy it for the name, great name and do something else with it.
