I took a look at http://christmas.com and noticed that yahoo and google ads are displayed at the bottom.

I'm pretty sure that is against TOS. It may be a php includes malfunction.

Yea, I see both Adsense and YPN on that page also ... along with just about every other inch of real estate crammed full of ads ... but I guess they are a "portal" for various christmas things. Not surprisingly, they rank #3 for "Christmas" ... whereas I'm way back on the 4th page - wellll shucks!

I think I have a draft of an e-mail to since I use it so much now, but it really doesn't seem like any of the sites get banned that are reported. they have a slow abuse center.

well this sounds like quite a high profile abuse case? christmas.com sounds like a top domain name to me. so at least it's memorable..

I'm going back for a look in a week, if google doesn't enforce it's policies they will be devalued.

Why do people find sites against TOS and post them here? Why advertise for them? If you have a problem with it, just report it and move on.

I'm not advertising for them. I really wanted to know if I was missing something. Maybe some special deal with Yahoo and Google since it is such a high profile site.

    Sorry for offending you.

    A suggestion to everyone here.

    Free advertising on christmas.com :p

    How?

    >Advertise through adwords on christmas.com
put some higher BID to show your ads.
Since, he is gonna BAN because of putting Adsense & YPN on same Page you will be Reimbursed all the advertising Cost.

    Thats too Simple. :):)

Google are not going to make a statement on what sites they ban so its difficult to tell how fast they act on your information.

They responded to me within 2 days of reporting a site but it wasnt to confirm a ban, they just had a question about the pages I had mentioned.

If a site has been banned and the pages still contain the code Ads will still appear but the owner account will not get any earnings.

I am thinking they will act faster than what Adsense Support does, currently 3-5 business days, as they want & need to stop anyone abusing their system.
