    I am needing to clear out some old websites. I have a Christian Video Sharing site that I would like to sell. Assume no revenue as this site was recently upgraded and the ad placement has not been optimized.

    Domain and all video included.
    Owned copy of Clip-Share pro.

    This sale includes an owned copy of the clip-share pro.

    There is no BIN.

    it is all organic mostly google and bing. Some traffic is from shared videos on facebook.

    How many videos hosted? How many videos get uploaded every day? What are hosting costs and server specs? How much time do you spend approving the videos every day? Can you show more detailed traffic screenshots? Would be nice to see the terms it ranks for, sources of traffic etc...

    Videos Hosted - 546 (app 1 new video a day)
    Members - 1370 - (app 3-5 new signups per week)
    Hosting Costs - None as I host on a shared cpanel server I own. Can probably be hosted on a shared account somewhere.
    I don't approve the videos, I just check the site every couple days to ensure nothing inappropriate has been uploaded.

    After i accuire this website, do i need to spend time maintain it ? OR it will auto run by itself?

    The script is a lifetime license however you will have until 2012 to retrieve any updates to the script.

    It pretty much runs itself unless you want to check for inappropriate material that has been uploaded. I usually check every couple days.
