    I think the meaning of this is more connected with judging sinners, for example judging and condemning the woman that sinned. But other things we do have to make certain judgements for ourselves at least.

    Not every sin is a crime by human standards.
    Those who commit crimes are judged by the human standards, those who sin may God judge them because we commit ourselves sins too, and it is not fair a sinner to take authority of judging another sinner. Only a righteus person may judge and condemn a sinner. I myself don't know in person a single righteous person by the Christ's standards..
    May be in India there are some paramhansas who could be righteous people, but I am sure they are too busy with much better things like teaching people how to perfect themselves, than judging sinners...
