    Pick your languages & locations,
    Create your ad,
    Choose your websites, either by topic from a list generated by google,
    or type in the sites you want, and a list of other similar sites will be suggested.

    Have you tried site targeted adword campaign before? Is it effective? Thought it is somewhat difficult to have targeted audience?

    It will be CPM which stands for Cost Per (thousand) iMpressions. You will $0.01 or more for each 1000 times your ad is displayed.

    I thought the minimum CPM per 1000 is $0.25? Correct me if I am wrong.
