Think as the visitors, if what keywords would you like to type to find your site. List your keywords. Then use keywords suggestion tool. Pick the keywords that has high search volume but is not too competitive.

    Hi there
There are a few steps to choose right keywords:

    1. Compiling a keyphrase list.
2.Evaluating keyphrases. When you evaluate some keywords you have to enphasize in:
    a. Popularity.
    b. Especificity.
    c. Motivation to the user.

    3. Evaluation of the keywords performance.

There are some tools that provide you with the most used keyword, for example wordtracker.com

Some Keywords are more popular, some less. Less popular/traffic ones are referred as longtail.
