    Hi guys,
    I have a small web design blog -72 blog posts. At the beginning of my blogging carrer, I wrote articles without paying attention to keyword research. I focused on collections of Photoshop tutorials, some WordPress pieces of advice...stuff like this.
    The content isn't great, but it's useful for newbies. My huge disappointment is that the organic traffic is very low...150-200 visitors a month.
    Recently, I started to pay attention to keywords and I hope that I will improve the situation. My issue- should I have paid attention to keywords from the start...would be it a smarter approach?

    Long tail and 3 words keywords creates less competition. Try to use meaningful keywords and meta tags to get the targeted audience. Create your own website in Word Press or in Drupal and start posting blog posts on it.

    - At first u need to choose a strong NICHE with low demand low competitive.
    - Then u can get help from organic search and related search

    - U can also get help from Keyword research tools, like
    Google Keyword Planner
    Google Trends
    Ubersuggest.io

    - If u can afford paid tools then use
    Term Explorer
    Moz's Keyword Difficulty Tool
    SEMrush
    HubSpot's Keywords Tool

    - Try to choose LTK, means long tail keyword- yr keyword atleast 4 words
    - avoid main keyword and use LSI version- means synonyms
    - Choose keyword those have monthly search value below 5000
    - Choose All in title below 50
    - keyword difficulty should be below 50
    - maintain excel sheet for KW research.


    u need to consider SEO on yr website, like

    - choose a title and u can get help from google keyword analytic
    - add meta description
    - add unique image and in image use title tag & alt text.
    - short yr parmalink
    - choose unique content
    - add webmaster tool and google analytic
    - add social media with yr blog
    - do social media marketing.
    - use schedule posting tool like buffer, hootsuit for regular post in all social media.
