Hi buddy, in my experiences .net is a great domain name extension too.. however please avoid using .info extension because most of the spammers use this extension unless if you have a great domain name for that .info extension
I recommend you .biz.I think it will more and more popular for its original meaning-business. Hope it's useful to you.
