Choosing a new Palette.. What do you think?

Hi, im fuser from Wikli ( http://wikli.com ) and ive been told many times that the colours that ive chose are too dark...

What do you think? what colors should i chose? Should i light up the ones i use or use completely different colors?

i guess i can give it a try but i wanted human opinions instead of tools.. maybe a color combination you saw on a site and liked or would like to recommend etc..
