I have recently launched a website(www.appswoo.com). Can some one suggest me category for directory submission, which is related to my website?
Any decent directory won't accept a site that is under construction. I suggest you complete your about, contact and terms pages then add more content. Finding a category for your site is easy but first you need to do some work to make it listable.
In fact, I don't need these pages at this time. Will directory accept my website without these pages? Are these pages important ? I have more than 600 posts. Are these enough for directory submission?
if you submit at my directory.. i will accept if you put at related category... but i can't promise you when it will be approved, have a lot pending link...
You should be in the Computer & Technology category but you should add the About, Contact & Terms pages.
it can be accepted by a few directories but may be some of the directories will not accept so it's better to add these pages. you can add a form on the contact page, it's not required to add any contact num ber. also it's not compulsory to add a terms page... just add a page which says about your aim and a contact us page with a form only... that's it!
It depends on the content which you have posted in your website to target the audience. I just saw your website and you are offering themes of iphones and windows and finally your website will go to submit in Computer & internet - Mobile computing

Yes, Computer & Internet > Mobile Computing is the best choice. Particularly "Computers: Mobile Computing: Wireless Data: Cellular Add-ons" as found on dmoz. Some of the theme are really lovely! But you should post soon new themes, so that the Xmas ones are not in the first page...
I think your targeted category directories very less on net . You need to submit on computer category.
