    Its time to let go of the latest site I was trying to launch...www.chocolatephd.com was a site I created to introduce the health of chocolate to people. It's a great niche that is very unique and will become VERY popular one day. Too many people eat chocolate now a days so if they could eat it and feel good about eating it, they would love it. It's very easy to update the site by just adding new articles via wordpress. I could host the site for the new buyer for a very cheap price!
