    Why are you selling this site?
    Cleanup time, never had time for for the site
    Just been sitting idle for years :-(

    How is it monetized?
    Adsense, nothing major. Made around $15 YTD and $20 previous year.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    Nope

    How much time does this site take to run?
    Need a bit seo, few backlinks and fresh content

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    Need some care, seo and new content could easily bring in at least $10/month with no hassle

    Each page is is otimizedfor 1 key, 5 long tail and some LSI words.

    Was originally bought as a pack of 6 sites. 3 was left in dust and 3 still doing very well ;-)
    Just don't have time anymore, rl job paying to well

    Original price was around $70 if I remember correct. Could be more with the well researched articles

    Again, please may I ask as to what the site does?
    There are apparently some posts on the site, so is it a forum, is it a retail site or...???
    There is a link for "Categories" but it is not active.

    Site is for building a mini authority site around the chocolate niche, just never had time to develop with additional post and seo
    Content as seen, is built for women as you might guess by judging on the writing style

    Can be monetized with adsense, amazon whatever suits your style.
