I just read Chitika's recent updated reporting process on their blog and read something that concerned me, a lot! They write, "The final revenues are calculated after the audit process that takes into consideration factors like click fraud, merchant feedback, merchant chargebacks, etc." Do the rest of you interpret that as I did? If a merchant gets a chargeback it will impact our revenue? If so, that is not how the world works and is just flat wrong. What about merchant feedback... If a merchant gives Chitika negative feedback that will impact our revenue also? Chitika needs to explain, in detail, the terminology, merchant feedback, merchant chargebacks and anything else they are factoring into the audit. Here's the link to the recent Chitika Blog post https://chitika.com/blog/
