Do you have to fill out the forms for Chitika because I have no idea what it is. I do not live in the US I do not own anything in the US I have nothing to do with the US. I have been told if you don't have activities in the US there should not be withholding which is what the form is for. Thank you in advance.
Have you received payment from March? Because they are saying they it's new that all publishers even outside of the US with no activities must submit w8. I read on the forums that the forms are for tax withholding or something but if you don't own anything or do anything in the US there should not be withholding for the people. So it seems sketchy.

Can someone clarify this? Because they are telling me that all publishers need to submit a w8 form for withholdings that shouldn't be withheld on my account. I thought that's what the w8 forms are for but how can you submit something for withholding when there's no withholding? Thanks. Also I don't have the TIN numbers and various numbers that they ask in the form and have no idea what half the other things are saying. They make it so hard while other networks have a much simpler options
