I received a email this morning I submitted the application months ago and had forgotten about it, it's the 4th site i had signed up for, the other three were turned down. Since I signed up I've heard some bad things and I just wondered what true user experiences were. Not rumour, if you're a user and you've got something good or bad to say then please let me know.
Well, they do pay and so I would simply give them a try on some sites, as success varies very much between different topics. For me it works very well on a mobile phone site for example and not that good on music sites. All in all I've noticed however that their CPC has become worse. It's still not bad though, somewhere around $0,3 and $0,8 for me, however it's hard to get a good CTR. So, as I said I would simply include them in some of your pages content/articles and watch.
CPC has moved down a lot since the early exciting days. You may do better with AdSense if you are looking for something to run in rotation (like a banner). If you want something specific to drop at the end of a blog post for the eyes to hit just as they are looking for something else to do, Chitika might work for you, but be careful about the exact product or products you target. It can also work as a single keyword (i.e., product) entry in an affinity shopping section, per page. I have nearly ten premium dog foods in my pet supply section at the dog site in my sig by way of example. I'm sure other sites could assemble similar "sections" of related products to offer (and SEO). But keep in mind, you will not get many clicks credited, if any, for non-US traffic. Good luck!
