    Using DNS I mapped a subdomain to Chitika's servers. Then through Chitika's site you have control over a top file and bottom file. When a page is loaded Chitika outputs the header (html, head, title, meta, body tags, etc). Then Tthe top file you specify gets included after the start of the body tag. This includes the top of the HTML formatting. At the end of this file Chitika displays the content of the page. Then a bottom file is included with your contents. This loads the HTML necessary for the bottom of the page. Then Chitika closes out the body and HTML tags. (You can also specify a CSS file to be included in the header.)
