Chitika not counting all my impressions and click report stats!!

    I get about 40k impressions from my website during normal days, and I recently applied for Chitika and during those days I get about 9-10 dollars in revenue. My website however, is usually busy during thursdays and fridays and my impressions usually swell up to 50 to 60k impressions. I've been using other ad networks like Adbrite before Chitika and their revenue always increase during those days.

    But one busy day when I got about at least 55k impression I take a look at my Chitika report and instead of my revenue increasing, it decreased dramatically. I only got 6.50 for a busy day! And the worst thing is that Chitika only counted 20k of my impressions when its supposed to be 55k, and I'm suspecting they only counted half of my clicks as well...like stealing my hard earned revenue.

    I've sent them a message aka ticket as they call it about the problem, but they never reply. They have a forum that I want to join called "Chitikasphere" but for some reason whatever you type into the CAPTCHA verification it keeps saying I typed the wrong letters even thought they were absolutely right. I could never register there.

    I'm really frustrated right now because this is a problem on top having a really glitchy eminimall ad where the ads keep reseting into this Ipod ad which has totaly nothing to do with what I specified in the keyword, so I would have to keep reinstating the codes so they would work properly.

    Check on your reports page. Right above my earnings, it says this:

    Hopefully they'll fix this soon. My earnings have dropped quite a bit too. This isn't the first time its happened this year either. I'm probably going to leave them if this becomes a frequent thing.

    Yes, its probably one of their "tactics" to boost their income a couple of times in a year.

    And as of now my revenue just keeps decreasing, their only counting about 10% of my actual impressions and less than half of my actual revenue. If they do not recompensate for the uncounted clicks during those days I will definitely report Chitika they can't keep doing this to their publishers.
