Not the sleeping bag site - I submitted my forum url. I was planning on promoting their program on my SEO site... They just sent the standard reject email. Caryl
Caryl, Thats unfortunate! With the traffic you get it would have been a win win. You may want to try Contextcash or similar tools on your forum... just a thought. cheers Frank
This is getting really frustrating... I've filed two tickets with them, 8 days apart, in that time they've received ~300 tickets, lets say they resolve them on business days, so it's 6 days, that's ~50 tickets per day, in 8 hour workday they'd have to resolve ~6 tickets per hour and they can't seem to manage that. FFS! This is really unprofessional! Anyone got their tickets resolved or e-mails answered lately?
Last week I put in a ticket asking them to add chitika-chat to their blog, (not really a high priority) but I did get an email back in about a day. They said they'd let me know, but I think I already know the answer... LOL
My ticket, for full contextual mode, has been open since Oct 28. They stopped responding to my e-mail inquiries regarding the ticket in early November.
Good news everyone, they've resolved my pending tickets And to top it off they've posted the "Chitika feedback on audited reports" http://chitika.com/blog/?p=30 clearing up some stuff and giving a hint of things to come. All is not lost.
Chitika started off with a solid impression with me ... good CPC and revenues .... for about 2 days. Even as I went through and begin to place on more pages the revenues continued to drop, pay lower CPC, etc. This latest tactic of promoting an ebook that's promoting them does honestly make them seem a bit second class and that they're grasping at straws.
